NEW DELHI: Rajya Sabha leader of opposition Mallikarjun Kharge on Thursday tore into the central government over the “anti-paper leak Bill”, saying the amendment to the law does not address the core issue of how to prevent paper leaks.The Congress leader said the Bill had been introduced merely to quell the anger of students, which has been witnessed on the streets over the past few weeks.“PM, home minister silent on students protests; if they don’t speak up, students would teach them a lesson once again,” Kharge said slamming the police action on protesting students on July 20.
