Tata Motors has just launched the new Tata Sierra EV SUV in the Indian market, with prices ranging from Rs 18.79 lakh to Rs 25.99 lakh (both prices ex-showroom; a 7.2kW home charger and its installation cost an extra Rs 49,000). Interested customers can book the new Sierra EV online or by visiting their nearest dealership. Deliveries will begin on July 15, 2026. The EV competes with Mahindra BE6, Hyundai Creta EV, MG ZS EV, BYD Atto 3 and other mid-size EVs in the Indian market. In this article, let’s take a look at detailed variant-wise features with prices. The Sierra EV is offered with two battery pack options: a 63 kWh unit and a larger 75 kWh unit. The 63 kWh battery is available exclusively with a front-wheel-drive (FWD) configuration, while the 75 kWh battery can be paired with either a front-wheel-drive (FWD) or a dual-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup. Colour options include Rishikesh Rapids, Nainital Nocturne, Coorg Clouds, Pure Grey, Pristine White, Andaman Adventure and Bengal Rouge.
